Where do I begin...Eli is a person in customer service that is almost non-existant today. He has proven that customer satisfaction is what is important. He went beyond the call to make sure that I was happy with beautiful, quality pieces at a wonderful price. The quality of their crystal certainly exceeds what I purchased before. I AM A HAPPY CUSTOMER, MY 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER IS ALSO EXCITED...I probably will never leave her room once they are installed. I have a feeling I will be calling Eli for other pieces in the future. Did I say the shipping was speedy :-)

I just received the chandelier and absolutely love it! I bought two to put in my bedroom above the nightstands, and they look stunning. But more than that, it was such as pleasure working with Eli. He reminded me of how important excellent customer service is...without a doubt I would buy from him and only him again. I'm very very happy with the design, the service and the site. Thank you Eli!
