I spent many hours looking for the perfect chandelier for our new dining room, I'm thrilled with the one I purchased from Kingdom lighting! Along with the chandelier being gorgeous, I'm equally impressed with the customer service! I was highly skeptical of buying a chandelier on line. I made many calls to other online sites and was unimpressed (17 in all) . I spoke with Eli at Kingdom Lighting, who was VERY helpful and patient, and I mean VERY helpful and patient. I had him on the phone so long, he said he’d have to call me back, and he did! Everything arrived in perfect order (which shocked me) an electrician assembled the skeleton and hung it and put it on a dimmer. Three friends and I assembled and hung all the crystals, and installed the bulbs. It looked daunting, but with one more call to Eli, we were rolling! (great ‘tech support’) Four hours later, we oohed and ahhed. The 36” Maria Theresa is the highlight of our great room, everyone comments on it..
